How true are the words of the prophet today.  The number one comment we received from people who visited or started attending the church where Martin was ministering was, “You just can’t find anyone preaching the Word of God these days.”  We know quite a number of people whose Spirits identify with ours, whose lives bear the fruit of people seeking to know more and more of their Lord and Savior, who spend much time in Bible study, prayer and worship and yet they have stopped attending Sunday morning services.  They are tired of going in expecting to be fed a spiritual meal and leaving hungry with an empty feeling of having wasted their time listening to a fluffy motivational speech or another fire and brimstone message on why they should come to Christ.  It is so sad to see the apathy towards the words of the Bible in churches and among people professing to be Christians.  In most churches in America, even pastors are bound to follow the traditional pattern of worship set forth by whomever is in charge of dictating what will (or will not?!?) be talked about, which songs will be sung and what time church will be dismissed.  Woe unto them who digress from the routine.  When we think of the believers around the world who are willing to gather for hours to worship and listen to the Word on penalty of death or imprisonment, people who walk miles in the dark to hear Biblical teaching and stand for hours in a crowded apartment straining to hear the preacher in the next room, we are greatly ashamed of our lack of devotion to the words God wants to share with us in the Scriptures.

Part of The Whole Truth vision is to make Biblical, verse by verse teaching available to people who are craving the Word of God.  We are in the process of digitally remastering recordings of Martin’s teachings in an mp3 format, giving us the ability to put over twenty-five hours of Bible teaching on a single CD.  (Mp3 technology works on almost any computer.)  This vision includes making these teachings available to the many English-speaking missionaries (even native missionaries) throughout the world, who want additional training.  With two CD's and a small portable mp3 player costing less than $30 they would be set for a long while (and could study confidentially, as is necessary in many parts of the world!).
